• We don’t do returns on large pieces above €150, large smudging tools or personalised crystal kits/activated crystals. This is due to the fragility of these pieces. We pick our pieces with the utmost care and would love to send it to another person in top condition

• Only goods in unopened or unused state will be refunded, think of items in their original packaging like Aqua de Florida, Bath Salts, Incense etc

• You can return your other items within 7 days after delivery

• We do not reimburse packaging costs and shipping fees for returns

• Please note that you will not receive the exact crystals/stones pictured in a crystal kit, these pictures serve as an example. This will not be a reason to return your goods

• If you wish to make a return please send us a message beforehand at hello@higherselfcrystals.nl or through the contact form

• Refunds will be credited back to your bank account within 30 days

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to send your package off swiftly and within the next 1-3 business days. For people in the Netherlands this should only take 2 -3 business days to arrive. Don’t forget about the weekend! However for our customers outside the Netherlands this is depending on the post service. You will receive a track and trace code so you can keep an eye on your shipment.

Post NL delivers Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 21:30. On Saturdays between 8:30 and 17:00.

!!Please note it is very busy at the time for all couriers and your package may take a bit longer, thank you for your patience and thank your local mailman!!

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We love to cater to all our global customers soon but are currently only available within Europe. Is your country not listed at check out? Please do send us a message and we can sort it out. Delivery costs per European country vary.

We work really hard on our content. We love to share it with you all but don’t like when it’s used without our consent.

All the photos and images which (will) appear on Higher Self Crystals and Higher Self Crystals’ social media are protected by copyright, regardless of the manner in which they’re disseminated or the form in which they’re delivered. It’s not allowed to publish or copy the photos or images in any way whatsoever without written consent from Higher Self Crystals.

If you do choose to use a photo, image or copy without prior written consent from Higher Self Crystals, you’ll be summoned to desist and a claim for damages will also be lodged against you.
